In this class you will learn the basics of how to create a silkscreen for printing your own tea towels. The first week will focus on creating your design, and you will learn how to make silk screen positives. In the second week you will expose a screen and print your towels with your own one-colour design.
This class runs for two weeks on Wednesday evenings, June 1 and 8, from 7-9:30pm.
Three cotton tea towel blanks are provided as part of the class, and you are welcome to bring one or two of your own additional towels, or a t-shirt, if you’d like to make a few extra prints.
