Printing a sample piece for our upcoming Advanced Block Printing on Fabric class.

Four friends were registered in this class as a surprise gift from their spouses, and they had a blast! Check out some of the shirts that they and our other students made:

Today we had a group from the University of Windsor’s Leddy Library in the studio for a group letterpress session in which they designed and printed a collaborative broadside. Everyone had a blast and they made some great posters!
This is a fun class we’ve done quite a few times now with different groups. If you have a group of friends or colleagues who would love a fun, creative outing together, give the studio a ring and we’ll be happy to help you make it happen!

Our woodcut students put down the last layers on their multi-block prints tonight. Have a look:

We printed the first batch of our 2017 Surprise Party In The Snow colouring calendar this morning. We’re not printing many at a time so don’t wait to come in and get yours!

Our woodcut students printed their first two colours tonight. Here are a few images of the prints so far. Next week they’ll finish up with two more layers!

Here’s a progress shot on our other new line of hand bound journals: bookcloth and screenprinted paper.

Here’s a little preview of our new leather journals. This one is sold but we’ll have more ready soon, in two sizes!
The final exhibition for Up The Mesh Count opened at Artspeak Gallery tonight! If you missed the party, you can still see the work until the 30th.

New screenprinted tea towels in progress.
